KAUNAS BIENNIAL presents ⭐
LAUNDRY is the first presentation of KAUNAS BIENNIAL international emerging artist residency project MagiC Carpets – a piece of contemporary dance theatre that brings together five young performers – Ingrida Čepanonytė, Aistė Jančiūtė, Kristina Marija Kulinič, Karolina Latvytė and Amy Robyn. Different topics of female empowerment, exploration of space/body, pop culture and storytelling are explored in the performance through the individual performers’ views and experiences are conveyed using the language of contact improvisation, contemporary dance, spoken word and performance art.
