What are the conditions that enable one to speak? When does the need to speak become prerequisite? Why does the self-censorship occur? Why does criticism need to rehabilitate its judgemental function and how is the current day multifuncionality of “art workers” affecting their professional relationships? — are the questions we invite to debate in an improvised assembly on April 22, Wednesday, 2 pm on the main staircase of the Art Academy of Latvia.
