TLC23 Presents The Ladies Club with Madam de Dangé Laïm (aka Adam Christensen);
‘Ms. 45, where is my Zos Kia record?!’ special edition.
Following on from the first installment, we invite you to a dark evening of dancing around the collective love of all that is gothic with it’s varying interpretations and temperaments, pivoting around feminist filmic histories. Musical and performative moods of despair, revenge, release and mania will run throughout.
Alongside Madam de Dangé Laïm’s live performance and late into the night musical offerings from Katie Shannon and Vedma (Keira Fox), artists Vera Karlson, Ellen Freed, France Lise Mcgurn, Susu LaRoche, Sophie Sleigh-Johnson and Elena Bushueva contribute sonic and visual interventions.
Curated and well dressed in textiles, cocktails and canapes by artists Katie Shannon (Domestic Exile/ So Low; Glasgow) and Keira Fox (Brzina/New Noveta; London).

Upcoming projects include a moving image performance with musician Cucina Povera and a solo presentation at Kunsthalle Ost Leipzig.

She was also part of the industrial noise/gabba act Maria and the Mirrors for some years as well as running the notorious London based bat cave club night Brzina from 2016-2019.
