Next week marks one of the most significant transitions in Rupert’s history. You are warmly invited to join us for “Mass Moving”, a celebratory event marking our departure from Valakampiai and the beginning of a new chapter.

Rupert’s journey began 13 years ago as a nomadic initiative. In 2014, we settled in Valakampiai, by the banks of the Neris River, where we’ve since grown and evolved. Today, as we prepare to move to a new space in the city center, this event will be the last in our current home.

“Mass Moving” is both a farewell and a celebration — an evening of performances, music, and art that will conclude with a symbolic boat journey along the river. We invite you to be part of this moment of transformation.

Mass Moving program:
18:00 Doors open and introduction to Mass Moving with Futurefarmers
19:00 Sophie Paul – The Crystal Monologues, a performative reading
19:30 Rūta Junevičiūtė – I revise my yellow for the second solstice to turn it into green, a dance and movement performance
20:30 Answers arrive in the dark, life is made up of quark – a performance by George Finlay Ramsay
22:00 Edgy Palates – The Queen of the Night, a concert-performance
23:00 Mass Moving boat journey with Futurefarmers and Rupert AEP participants.

We look forward to celebrating with you – one last time by the river.

The event is part of New Perspectives for Action, a project by Re-Imagine Europe, co-funded by the European Union and Lithuanian Culture Institute. Rupert is also supported by TechZity.
