The program for the international Stencibility Street Art Festival 2025, taking place in Tartu, Estonia from June 12 to 15, will feature a jam session, a treasure hunt, tours, and exhibitions. Nearly twenty artists from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany and Finland will come to Tartu to create artworks all over the town.

Artists Krashkid (DE) and Pidžin (LT) will leave their mark on the streets of Tartu, arriving for an extended spraycation and spending nearly two weeks creating artworks. During the festival, street artists Trexus (LT), Ettoja (LT), uuk.kivi (EE), Noitakallio (FI), Stryts (LT), 1999 (EE), PINKA (LV), Skrūve (LV), Bikti (LV) and several others will join them to create works across various neighborhoods in Tartu. Anna Weidebaum (EE) and @ruu.ter8 (EE) will debut their first-ever street art pieces in the cityscape. The festival program is curated by Kadri Lind and Sirla.

“We’re excited that such a strong and vibrant street art community has developed both in Estonia and in our neighboring countries, and that many of them will now come together in Tartu at the start of summer to create together. Stencibility is like a grand celebration of street art, welcoming street artists, enthusiasts, Tartu residents, and visitors,” said the festival’s organizer, Sirla.

The festival offers the public a chance to dive into the world of street art and discover what the walls have to say. During the street art tours and the treasure hunt, visitors can explore both recent and older artworks, from well-known pieces to those hidden in secret corners. Also, Turusilla jam, a collective drawing session, will take place near the city centre of Tartu. Various forms of street art will be on display at the international group exhibition “Streets of Baltics” at KETT Gallery, and on SLÄP! city bus, Europe’s largest sticker exhibition. The festival wraps up with a party at Kivi Bar, where visitors can get street art tattoos throughout the evening.

Stencibility is an international street art festival that has been held in Tartu since 2010, driven by a love for free and  independent street art. It’s one of the longest running street art festivals in Europe. Stencibility has made a conscious choice not to focus on large-scale murals. Instead, to focus on the full spectrum of street art—stickers, stencils, paste-ups, and spontaneous interventions that keep the city’s walls alive.
