The Estonian Contemporary Art Development Center (ECADC) in collaboration with the Association of Estonian Art Institutions (KAEL) is excited to announce Shaping Cultural Futures, a new international forum for contemporary art and culture leadership, taking place this November at Kai Art Center in Tallinn (4 & 5 November 2025).
Designed for professionals working in the arts, culture, and creative policy, the forum brings together industry experts, researchers, and institutional leaders from across Europe. Our aim is to explore how contemporary art can help shape more sustainable, visible, and forward-thinking cultural landscapes.
The two-day program includes thought-provoking panels, keynotes and practical workshops covering topics such as cultural leadership, policy innovation, city branding through contemporary art and culture, and evolving revenue models for institutions. Speakers include cultural strategists, government advisors, directors of leading art events, and researchers driving change across the sector.
The forum will be held in English.
Mark your calendars, ticketing details and more information on the program will be announced in September. In the meantime, you can sign up for updates and early access to registration here.
Forum is part of the ECADC project “Development Services for the Arts Sector”, co-financed by the European Union.
