Photo reportage from the exhibition ‘#FAMM.BA2020: We Have Discovered a Secret’ at the Atletika gallery

In this BA degree show at “Atletika” gallery 15 young artists present their positions arranged over extended fields of animation, photography, media art and contemporary art. They are all graduating from Vilnius Academy of Arts Photography and Media Art Department and publicly presenting their final projects on this occasion.

Some of the exhibiting artists employ their artworks to expand the boundaries of perception and use various XR (eXpanded Reality) strategies: VR and AR, others alter the notion of traditional and 3D animation or the trace and motion of the line, yet others work with found texts and their poetics. In this exhibition, among post-internet installations you may find some traces of artistic research on limits of photography or strangely sounding performances, which reconstruct the system of sound and art that might be haunting you later.

Presentation of final BA works took place 15 June 10:00-16:00 and 16 June 10:00-12:30.
