Kaspars Groševs (b. 1983) is an artist and curator based in Riga. He has had solo/duo shows at Madona Local History and Art Museum, Madona; Low gallery, Riga; Latvian National Museum of Art, Riga; Futura, Prague; C.C. von Strizky’s villa, Riga; Shanaynay, Paris; Kim? Contemporary Art Centre, Riga. His work has been shown at group shows at Bozar, Brussels; SIC, Helsinki; Latvian Institute Rome, Rome; CAC, Vilnius; Careof, Milano; Art in General, New York; Garage Museum of Contemporary Art, Moscow, a.o. Kaspars Groševs performs with his music under Figūras alias and is occasionally writing for Latvian culture press. Co-founder and curator of 427 gallery in Riga. Currently working as programme director at Kim? Contemporary Art Center, Riga.
