The guided tour in English of the 9th Tallinn Applied Art Triennial exhibition, ‘The Fine Lines of Constructiveness’, led by Keiu Krikmann and Lithuanian artist Ieva Baltrėnaitė-Markevičė, will take place on Saturday, November 23rd, at 2 PM at Kai Art Center in Tallinn.
During the tour, Ieva Baltrėnaitė-Markevičė will introduce her research project, which explores Lithuanian women’s garments and their stories from the 1940’s to the 1970’s. Her work invites visitors to engage with tactile garments and a visually-rich research wall that offers insights into her creative process.
This tour is a unique opportunity to learn about the exhibition in depth and gain firsthand perspectives from the triennial team and a participating artist.
