On April 25th (Wednesday) at 6pm, at gallery’s “Meno parkas” (Rotušės a. 27, Kaunas) ground and first floors will be held an opening of 12’th Baltic States contemporary ceramics exhibition “Spring 2018”. Inviting!
The exhibition will be open until 18th of May.
For the 12th time in Kaunas will be held Baltic States’ exhibition of contemporary ceramics, which explores traditions of Baltic ceramics, artistic innovations and fosters creativity, professionalism of various artists’ generations and initiates activity of young ceramics.
Artworks created by famous artists from various countries for the exhibition “Spring” often are selected to international exhibitions and museums, earns awards and attention in countries with deep ceramic traditions, such as Denmark, Italy, Spain, China, Taiwan, Germany, Poland, USA, Australia and other.
During the exhibition, participating authors of the show select three best works of the exhibition and these artists are awarded with diplomas of the I, II and III place.
High quality detailed catalogue of the exhibition is published every years after the show ends and its visual content gives informative impression about contemporary ceramics.
