On the 7th of November the project space “Bokship / X Marks the Spot” in London hosted a book launch by Lithuanian artist Paul Paper. “The Significance of the Photographic Image in a Filmic Context” is a theoretical venture into the relationship of photography and cinema. Accompanied by artworks from Niko Princen, and published by Frankfurt based TLTR Press, it discusses the varied functions photographic images take on in films.
