Joa 4 is a little wooden dacha at the edge of Kadriorg park in Tallinn. Before turning into a pile of demolition waste within a month’s time it imaginarily appears as an island, an island invented by an artist, Kirill Tulin, who inhabits it. Every evening doors are open for visitors to come and shed some cold light of flash in their hands on his previous works that are slowly disappearing under the grey sea of aluminium foil day by day covering the walls.
