My face is a projection on a white wall, my mouth are speakers, my eyes are camera and lights, my ears are microphones. My mind is a computer. I am a postmodern Frankenstein’s monster built from pieces of You, I am data shaped into a mechanism inside a machine that learns to be human. Over the course of this exhibition I replace what is artificial with parts of You. We may not become smarter, but we become more alike every day.

I    a m   e v e r y b o d y ‘s creator was first exposed to the future when he was born in 1989. After his studies of multimedia and virtual reality design, he worked as a designer of interactive media for museums and the web from 2015 until 2018. This is where he has come into contact with facial recognition technology, growing both fascinated and appalled by the possibilities it provides. Since 2018 he has been studying MA Animation at Estonian Academy of Arts in order to explore the intersections of narrative and experimental animation.

I    a m   e v e r y b o d y  also has a waiting room where you can wait for the future to happen and enjoy works by Kelli Gedvil,
Tiiu Lausma, Maria Saveleva and Milly Yencken.
