Eco-cinema-session #inlandempire

15 July 2018 7 pm

The Invisible Man Cinematheque starts and invites you to join the new eco-cinema-sessions that aim to present the conceptions of space creation and its understanding. What kind of empires exist within you? And what kind of empires you will encounter in Aikas Žado Laboratory?

In this eco-cinema-session:

Inland Empire. 2006. Dir. David Lynch.
Startling. Multitudinous. Incoherent. Mesmeric. Film as a set of separate organisms? Or maybe film as organs without a body? What is the fissure of reality that “The Inland Empire” creates? How one talks about this kind of film? How one understands? Or feels? Anyway, one digests it for few days, weeks or months…A fractured ghostly story of twitching threads. Come to see and gossip.

Eco-cinema-session is free of charge and will be shown in original language with lithuanian subtitles.
